We package all orders discretely in blank boxes. The Shipping Labels on the packages read “M.C”.
You can place an order either through the online store, by email, phone or by regular mail.

To place an order by email or by phone: Simply call us at +353 (0)89-223-2645 or email us the order at yannick@magic-clover.com. We will contact you within 24 business hours to give you the total amount, including shipping (if applicable).

Canceling an Order

You have the possibility to cancel an order. To do so, you must contact our Customer Service Representative at 089-223-2645 or yannick@magic-clover.com before Magic Clover dispatches the product ordered by the buyer.

Price and payment

At Magic Clover, we strive to provide customers with the best value for money.

Pricing and shipping may vary according to many factors. Couriers charge different price for shipping according to where the shipping address is located. Also, we may drop-ship some of our products directly  from the manufacturer in order to reduce costs and overhead.

The Buyer agrees to pay Magic Clover(the seller) using a method to which the Buyer is entitled.

Payment Security:

To secure online payments, this site uses SSL data encryption. The Magic Clover online store guarantees the security of your payments, by encrypting the connection when transmitting information on the network. Magic Clover reserves the right to investigate whenever it suspects that a fraudulent payment has been made. These investigations would aim at confirming that the buyer has the right to resort to the payment method used.

Customers must make the payment in full for the total purchase price. It includes payment of the VAT and any delivery charges. The funds have to be cleared before the Goods can be dispatched.

All promotions and special offers are subject to availability and only apply during the specified time frame.

After the payment has been made, Magic Clover will send the products directly to you by mail.

Bank Transfer:

When the buyer pay for the goods by making an international bank transfer, the customer agrees to be responsible for all fees, charges and commissions imposed by the banks involved. Make sure to reference your order number somewhere while making the bank transfer.


If the Buyer chooses to use PayPal Express to pay for the goods then Magic Clover can only ship to the address that PayPal provides to us. It is either the address that you nominate in your PayPal account, or the one you enter when filling out your credit or debit card details.

Whenever an order is placed by the buyer to be delivered outside of the Republic of Ireland , the customs authority within the country of destination may hold the Buyer’s order until  it is cleared by customs. The Customs authority in the country of destination may also levy fees that the buyer would have to pay for this service. We shall not be held liable for any damages, expenses, extra costs or losses of any third party caused directly or indirectly by a delay in delivery.

Warranty & Return

As soon as you receive your package, make sure that nothing is either broken or missing. Please note that the time limit for notification of claims is 4 days. You will have 4 days to notify Magic Clover of any missing item or damage. If anything is missing please contact us so we can double-check our records & confirm the contents.

In case of damage

Contact our Customer Service Representative at 089-223-2645 or yannick@magic-clover.com or write us directly on the “contact us” page of our website. To return a product, you must provide us with your Order ID, Order date, Product name and Reason for return. Before returning a product, you must provide a picture if the product is damaged or dead upon arrival. Also, keep your original packaging in pristine condition including shipping boxes so as to help with the return process. Then, Magic Clover will replace the products falling under the return policy. However, if the product is not or no longer available, Magic Clover will provide you a store credit corresponding to the amount paid for the product excluding the shipping fees.

Right of Retraction

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you also have the possibility to return an item. You will have 15 days from the day the product was delivered to you to return the product. To get a refund, you must ship the product back to us at your own expense and the product must be in the same unused condition as when we supplied it to you. To qualify for a refund, the product and it original packaging must be in “as new” condition. Magic Clover will then proceed to a reimbursement by bank transfer, under 28 days.

In any case, you must contact us to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) for all returns.

Defective items

Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty in case a product you purchased is still under warranty but turns out to be defective. A product warranty takes effect as soon as the item has been delivered to you whether or not the product is in use.

Intellectual property

All the images, videos, texts, illustrations, logos, names and brand names are the property of Magic Clover. To reproduce this content whether partially or completely, a prior authorization is needed. The authorization in question can only be given by Magic Clover. You agree not to take part in unauthorized copying, use or diffusion of any of the content on our website. All the content and information that we display is protected by international law regarding intellectual ownership and copyright. Magic Clover shall not be held liable if someone infringes upon the rights held by a third party because of their actions on the website.

Release of general liability

We do not want any of our products to be sold for any type of illegal use. Magic Clover complies with Irish Law, as well as the laws of countries where products are being purchased outside of Ireland. We release any liability of information or products being used wrongly or for illegal activities. Magic Clover assumes that when a customer purchases a product or service, they have agreed to these conditions.
